In volume two of my book series - Valentino The Love Bunny Takes Flight - Valentino encourages his readers to dream big and never give up, because, with enough imagination and determination ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! This was truly brought to life when I saw these photos of a young lady that I’ve known since she was a young girl. She dreamed of being an opera singer and dedicated herself to this pursuit. It was not without adversity, however, which she had to overcome. As you can see, she has become a beautiful young woman who has made her dream come true and the world is now her stage. Now not everyone is cut out to sing Mendelssohn’s Barthody at the Charlotte Symphony, as Patricia just did on March 26th. We are not all cut out for the same things. Each person has ambitions of their own that are just as worthy as performing opera. As we learn from Valentino, the most important thing is to believe in yourself, work hard and search for your tribe, those who will support and encourage you to make your dreams come true.
